Will I Receive an Order and Shipping Confirmation?

When Will My Order Ship?

We’re committed to fast processing—most orders are shipped from our 2631 NE Laura St warehouse within two business days. Each item lists its estimated processing time. Some items are made at other facilities and may be shipped separately, with longer lead times noted on the product page. These items are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

NORTIV 8 operates out of 2631 NE Laura St and complies with legal requirements to collect all applicable taxes based on your shipping ZIP code. Some states may also apply tax to delivery or gift wrap charges. During checkout, all taxes will be clearly shown. Please note: Tax rates may change at any time without prior notice.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we’ll try our best to make the change. Once it has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

At this time, NORTIV 8 does not provide international shipping. We only deliver within the United States, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
