Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically dispatched within two business days, depending on the current volume of orders. Please note that certain items may be on backorder or require freight delivery, which could extend processing times. For large or custom orders, additional processing time may be necessary. Freight Insurance is automatically included on all purchases at no additional cost.
Available Shipping Methods
The following delivery options are available for most products:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Two-Day Shipping
Please be aware that the quoted delivery times do not include the standard two-day order processing period. We may utilize either air or ground services as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Potential Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond the control of our carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc.). Such events include, but are not limited to: absence of a recipient at the address, natural disasters, actions by authorities, customs delays, strikes, transportation disruptions, and public health emergencies. For these cases, please reach out directly to the shipping provider. Neither the carrier nor NORTHYARD can issue refunds for delivery charges under these circumstances.
Multiple Shipments
Items may ship separately based on availability or warehouse locations. You will not incur any extra fees for split deliveries.
Carriers We Use
We ship using several reputable providers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, Yellow Freight, Old Dominion Freight, and Con-way Freight.
Regulated Item Shipping
Due to FAA regulations, items classified as hazardous materials cannot be shipped by air and must be sent via ground service. These include:
- Pressurized aerosol cans
- Products with flammable, volatile, or corrosive contents
Shipping Costs and Time Estimates
Shipping fees will be calculated and shown during the checkout process.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
NORTHYARD ships to addresses located in the United States, U.S. territories, and military addresses such as APO, FPO, and DPO.
Order and Shipment Confirmation
Customers who provide a valid email address will receive a confirmation email with the total cost (including shipping and applicable taxes) within one business day. A separate email containing tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it enters the warehouse for fulfillment. Once the order is in processing, cancellation is no longer possible. This typically occurs within 24 hours. To cancel, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.
Sales Tax Information
NORTHYARD operates from 5125 SW 173rd Ave and collects applicable sales taxes based on the destination ZIP code. Some regions may require tax on shipping and gift wrapping. All taxes will be clearly listed during checkout. Note that tax rates may change at any time.
Shipping Damage Claims
NORTHYARD is not liable for any damages or losses that occur during transit. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging and damaged merchandise for this process.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, NORTHYARD does not ship internationally and serves only U.S. destinations.
