These hiking boots are incredibly comfortable and required almost no break-in time. I wore them on a hike, and my feet felt supported the entire way. The grip is excellent, even on wet rocks and loose gravel. Highly recommend for anyone who hikes regularly and wants both durability and comfort! Almost paid double for Columbia boots but I'm SO happy with my purchase.

These hiking shoes offer great ankle support though less than stellar foot support. The bottom feels kind of thin and while I do have high arches I am use to never having proper support. These definitely have less than average arch support. Otherwise they seem well made the fabric all around is thick and has good stitching. Nothing has pulled apart and the metal loop around at the top is nice instead of another hole to lace. The sole is thick and feels durable. Just lacking in actual foot support.

I had never worn hiking boots before, and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these were! I walked about 20k steps in these and my feet didn't hurt at all. I'm used to my tennis shoes that make my arches hurt after a while, so I was so surprised that these were so comfy. The price was very reasonable and I would buy them again. They kept my feet dry, even when we got rained on our entire vacation. They were good looking for hiking boots. Honestly, these boots make me want to hike more.

I recently purchased these and haven't gone on a long hike yet, but I have worn them on shorter walks through the woods and they are super comfortable right out of the box. I usually wear a 5 but ordered a 5 1/2 to give my toes some room in the descents. The size is perfect. I do a lot of hiking on the Appalachian Trail so go through a lot of boots. These boots are super lightweight and attractive, not bulky, and hold my feet well with good arch and ankle support. I'm usually a Moab 3 girl, but wanted to give these a try given the attractive pricing. So far they do not disappoint! I will update this review after I put some miles on these boots to see how they hold up on rocky terrain.

they stay dry when walking through streams or puddles!!! i've taken them on a few hikes so far, and they've been extremely comfortable for 7+ mile hikes!

I was a bit skeptical about getting these hiking shoes because I have wide feet and it's hard to find shoes that will be comfortable. I am a true size 7.5 and these fitted perfectly. They weren't too tight all around and my toes still had room to wiggle around if needed. The trail that I hiked was surprisingly very rocky and these shoes kept me safe from tripping and slipping. They're very lightweight, the color was nice and the quality was also good for its price.

I am very happy! These are comfortable even with my bunion. There is plenty of room in the toe box. I have not worn them hiking but I think they will be great. They feel comfortable with good cushioning and a supportive footbed. I like the higher top for wet weather, and the non skid sole, which feels grippy, not slippery. The sole with the wide heel provides stability. Most of all, I like the comfortable fit. Not tight anywhere. Plenty of room. Just what I wanted. And they are waterproof!

Glad I ordered a half size up as they did run a little small. Very lightweight, making me wonder how long they'll last, but, they are VERY comfortable just on trying them on.

They feel durable, and I'm quite happy with them for the price. The orange accents are a little more red to me in person. I'll give an update in about 6 months if I remember.
